Vaulted Ceiling and Velux Window Installation in Kingston upon Thames

At Aurora Skylights, we recently completed an exciting project in Kingston upon Thames that transformed a living space with more light and openness. The work began with the removal of the existing ceiling, allowing us to form a brand-new vaulted ceiling structure. This opened up the room and provided the perfect setting for new Velux roof windows.

Once the structure was prepared, our team fitted three Velux windows, carefully integrated into the roofline to maximise natural light. We then reboarded and insulated the ceiling, ensuring excellent thermal performance and long-lasting durability.

To complete the installation, we applied a smooth plaster finish, leaving the ceiling ready for decoration. The result is a bright, modern, and energy-efficient space, showcasing how vaulted ceilings and roof windows can completely transform the feel of a home.
