Privacy policy
How we use the details you give us, who else handles them, and your rights.
Who we are
Aurora Skylights is run by Marcus Procter in Surbiton. We are responsible for the personal details you give us. Email marcus@auroraskylights.co.uk with any question about them.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to give: your phone number, your postcode, the service you are asking about and your message. We also receive the address of the page you sent it from. When you call or email us, we have the details you give us then.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work and keep the records the law requires, such as invoices. We never sell your details or use them for marketing. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then the contract itself.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, the check on the enquiry form that tells people from bots.
- Resend delivers the enquiry form to Marcus by email.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this site without cookies and without identifying you.
Each handles your details only to provide its service to us.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. Turnstile may store a small amount of information in your browser to tell people from bots, and that is all.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with it and any job that follows, and keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email Marcus and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Bring daylight into your home
Tell Marcus what you have in mind. Quotes are free, with no obligation.
